Overview
Hello, my name is Jo Daley. I am a licenced
Certified Nurse Aide and a Host Home Provider.
I have a special needs son, 20 yrs, that lives with us.
I have lived in Denver for 26 years and this neighborhood is called
South East Denver, it's very peacful here.
This studio is an entirely separate living unit. Its perfect for
an individual or couple wanting more independence but still might need some support.
I am QMAP certified and I can easily customize support services.
The studio is attached to the main home and there is a door I can access
the studio from inside. You will have your own private entrance,
and patio to come and go on your own.

Cats are ok but no dogs.
Studio Amenities 436 sq feet, fully furnished, Queen bed, Kitchenette, washer/dryer in unit, shower, walk in closet, strong fast Wifi, smart TV, computer desk, island with seats, skylight, patio seating, great AC and heat, very cozy and clean.

There's a bus stop a 1/2 block away. We are close to many stores and retaurants. Quiet, safe, neighborhood with big trees and walking trails.
